M Let’s address the matter of moving in retirement. 

V One woman wanted to move to a retirement location she had long admired. 

She sold her home and bought a new one in the new area.   She learned a costly lesson that she did not like her new neighborhood as a permanent spot, just for vacations.  By the time she wanted to move back, prices had gone up and she could not afford her old neighborhood.
