Young Families - Will
I’m Miriam Neff, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, with Wise Women Managing Money.
M You’ll find us talking about the importance of having a will frequently. No apologies. Death happens in young families, vehicle or workplace accidents, illness. The tragedy and grief are OFTEN accompanied by financial upheaval.
V Scripture says provide for your family. A will is a must for young families. It may prevent probate court cost and delays. More importantly, you direct your assets where you want them to go, namely to provide for your spouse and your children. Parents should also choose guardians for your children in case of both dying.
M Unlikely, perhaps, but a few hours to create that will are your way to love them.
