Proverbs 16

I’m Miriam Neff, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, with Wise Women Managing Money.

M Thankfully there are many who have become wealthy in God honoring ways.  However, no nation, state, city, or village lacks those who accumulate wealth through injustice and corruption.  I see that in my international travels as well as my home town.

V Proverbs 16: 8  Better is a little with righteousness than large income with injustice.  While there may be some immediate gain with corruption, it is not sustainable, and eventually will tear a person down along with those around them.    We can do the right thing even if those around us do not.

M Justice in leadership, work, politics, we want to promote that.  We may not achieve that in our city, or many countries.   But remember, justice will prevail in heaven.
