M Its tempting to think that wealth is a protection.  Comfort, no hunger, access to courts if needed, and influence to control one’s surrounding. But does wealth guarantee all that?

V Proverbs 18: 11 The wealth of the rich is their strong city; in their imagination it is like a high wall.  Note:  that wall is imaginary. In the news we have all heard of those whom were wealthy and powerful at one time and then lost it all. Their wealth at any given point was not a future guarantee.

M Powerful politicians, successful business persons, whatever one’s position, strength and protection is not in wealth, it’s in wisdom. Wealth can be taken, not wisdom.  It’s your gift from God.
