M Moving expenses are a necessity, but there are ways to be frugal and not drain your energy and your bank account.

V New ways to publicize that your home is for sale can save money.  Companies like Redfin use the internet heavily to advertise your home with little interaction from an agent. More responsibility rests with the buyer for showing your home. Zillow and Trulia are popular sites. Of course, for sale by owner is an option.  The tradeoff is who invests time; you or the agent?

M Picking a neighbor, friend, or affinity connection, even in your church, may not be a wise choice.  The goal: sell your home and be a wise steward of your resources.
