Love God, Not Stuff

M Valerie as an attorney and certified financial planner, you see folks who are content with their money, or struggling, and even sometimes in distress.  We know money is often the greatest struggle in marriages.  Your thoughts.

V Good words for today.  Love God, not stuff.   Hebrews 13: 5 says it Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”  We’ll admit, “I bought that because I’d feel good wearing it, like it’s impact on others view of me.

M riding in it, giving it to my children and grandchildren.  Truth is, providing for our family is biblical.

V Loving God FIRST means we make good decisions about our stuff.
