M Our favorite book on money after the Bible is The Word on Finances by Larry Burkett.  Valerie, describe this

Val, I love this book as he topically organizes the verses about money in the Bible and then gives an overview of that topic. Credit, work, saving, giving and more.

Why is this book timeless?  It simply states what God says about money.  Psalm 119:  105   Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.  The first two sections are the most important:  Right attitudes and Wrong attitudes.  Those guide our actions. We begin with embracing God’s wisdom on money.

M More important than asking God for money answers is asking Him for wisdom.
