Uncertain times

M Uncertain times can be challenging, energizing, and painful. 

Life has taught me that managing money can be one of life’s biggest headaches. Becoming a widow brought challenges.  But we are resilient, can learn and adjust. Valerie, you are a mom, lawyer, and certified financial planner.  Your thoughts?

V It has been said that you either tell your money where to go, or you’ll wonder where it went.  Life changes, divorce, becoming a widow as you have, means we might have to change our habits. 

My advice:  write it down, track everything you are spending and everything coming in.    Then ask, “Will this work moving forward?”
