State Income Tax

M My neighbors are talking state income tax.  Some are in the process of moving chiefly because of that one factor. 

V Consider the bigger picture.  Living costs may be lower or higher in an area that has no state income tax.  Real estate taxes vary greatly, as do sales taxes.  These are easily researched online and take all into account.  Before a big relocation, consider not only renting first, or even a home exchange staying in a new area for a longer than vacation time.

M Money is important.  So are friendships and family.  Consider, compare and pray.
