M Debt is a greedy beast. True for rich and poor alike.  What are the hazards of debt?  Some are currency exchange fees due to rejection by banks for accounts. Overdue hospital bills, credit card bills, even predatory car loans.

V Meager incomes make it hard to pay bills in full.  Penalties accrue.  It’s a cost of poverty that may seem hopeless.  Thankfully there are some reputable organizations that will come along side you, consolidate, and sometimes even negotiate lower payoff costs.  Yes, they take your paycheck and teach you the disciplines of living within your income.

M One friend was in that process for 5 years.  Tough learning, but is now debt free.
