Spending Habit’s

I’m Miriam Neff,  and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, with Wise Women Managing Money

M Spending habit’s are hard to break.  Change happens and old habit’s no longer work.   We may say we don’t want debt, but what do we do about it? We always get that expensive coffee specialty.

V  This sounds harsh, but if we say, “I want to get out of debt.” and we are not cutting spending, I say, “No we don’t.  Look at our actions.”

Yes, the thought is important, but means nothing unless it’s matched with action.  Think ahead.  Imagine how freeing it would be to not be paying interest and debt, but saving for something important?

M  Think first, then  act, small steps.  Never underestimate the long term effect of reducing even small purchases.
