When to move

 M  Homeownership wishes are changing.  I’m vintage and I’ve seen a thing or two.  Here’s a caution.  I have seen friends sell here and move there and regret their decision.  In fact, recently, two couples have moved back here.  The place they wanted to escape.

 V Selling and buying a home, closing costs, and relocation are costly.  Its recommended that you visit for a period of time to see if you like the community, the state, the weather in different seasons.  Community amenities, health care, and church matters.

 Does that rental cost matter?  Yes, yet it may prevent greater costs of a regretted move. 

 M We often say ‘count the cost.’Its biblical. Pray and wait on God’s direction.
