Crisis equals opportunity

Psalm 77:19 Your path led through the sea, your way through the mighty waters, though your footprints were not seen.

I’ve learned over time, being a vintage person that crisis can become our opportunity to do things we did not do before, could not do before.

I. Three refreshing discoveries.
A. We are more resilient than we think.
B. New friends will be discovered. Some will disappear from our new life.
1. Philos friends love us no matter what. Proverbs 17: 9, 18: 24.
2. Hetairos companions stay if its convenient. Proverbs 18: 24.
3. Peitho people are users, in your life for their benefit. Proverbs 14:20.
C. God has a creative plan for us.
II. Reconsider what you value. Use ‘Rating you life values’ on our website.
A. Seasons of life shift our availabilities.
B. Talk with your Board of Directors.
III. What to expect from God.
A. God will act.
B. God will act in His time.
C. God will suffer with us.
D. God will prevail.

The day will come, in Heaven perhaps not before, when you see through it all, that God had your back.
