M We are admonished to be wise business stewards.  Read Proverbs 31. This woman was wise in real estate, trading, and much more.  She paid attention to details, large and small.  At home and wherever her business dealings took her.  The parable of the talents speaks to wisdom in business.  True when getting and working with contractors and others. 

V Research before committing to a project or task or purchase is a must.  Talk to contractors’ references.  Check schedules. Guaranteed or guessed?  Who does the work?  Are their subcontractors top notch?  Are they licensed and insured?  Remember, a friend or relative is not exempt from these requirements.
