I’m Miriam Neff-with Wise Women Managing Money, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan.

M Every family has a financial history.  Do we recognize it?  Own and like it? Talk about it.  There are 5 important questions every family can address. First, recognize that God owns it all.  The second is, ‘Why has God given you what you have?’

V He trusts us to make the most of it. How, where, in whom, or what?  Scripture is clear that we provide for our own family.  Living space, food, protection.  Have a family conversation.  Do we really need more and better?  How and when might we come alongside others in need?  Can we do that without them knowing the source of a provision, a gift?

M Children can bring needs to our attention we would never know.
