M TV reality home fix up shows are fun to watch, especially if you are planning to sell your house.  But what if your budget is small, not television worthy?  I Corinthians says you must be a trustworthy steward.  How do you pick what fix ups are worthy?

V Don’t be trendy.  Bold paint colors and busy floor coverings distract and discourage home buyers.  Plain, neutral, keep it simple so the potential buyer can see their belongings there. 

Check your neighborhood.  What outside improvements improve curb appeal and invite that drive by looker to want to see more.

M Hiring a stager might be a worthy investment.  Ask a practical friend, one willing to be straight with you, to walk in with another set of eyes.
