Risk And Fear

M I have friends who were spooked in 2008 by the drastic drop in their investment values.  401K’s became 201Ks and homes went underwater.  Sadly, some of the withdrew from all equities to money market accounts and cds.  In almost 10 years their investments have had minuscule growth

V I know you love equities, but risk tolerance is important too.  Equities have fully recovered, more than doubled.  It’s been a bumpy ride.  Consider when you might need those funds.  Chose stable for short term.

M I encourage to beware the fear factor that might keep you from being that steward who doubles what God has entrusted to you.
