M We are admonished to be wise business stewards.  Read Proverbs 31. This woman was wise in real estate, trading, and much more.  The parable of the talents speaks to wisdom in business.  True when getting and working with contractors. 

V Research before committing to a project. It’s a must.  Talk to the contractor’s references.  Check schedules. Are they guaranteed or guessed?  Who does the work?  Are their subcontractors top notch?  Are they licensed and insured?  Remember, a friend or relative is not exempt from these requirements.

M   I Thessalonians says a gold foundation should not be built on with chaff.  True in ministry.  True in business.
