The necessity of wills.

M 60% of adults do not have a will.  That includes families with children.  If I may be so bold, a will is a biblical necessity.  God has entrusted you with everything:  yours on loan.  When you die without a will, you are giving what you have to those you did not pick, who will distribute it by their desires, not yours. 

V Probate means paying up to 3 lawyers you do not pick.  A judge, a lawyer to represent ‘your’ interests, and a lawyer to represent the states interests.  Your assets pay them.  They chose guardians for your children. At least with a will, they will be given direction.

M Having a will created may cost $200.00 or more if you have more complicated assets.  You probably paying that for internet for a few months.  No excuses, just do it.
