Not Repaying Debt

M Scripture has direct council on debt.  One should incur debt rarely and only for specific circumstances.  Psalm 37: 21 says those that borrow and don’t pay back are wicked.  Strong words.

V  25% of those with debt say they’ll never be able to pay off all the money they owe.  If that’s you, here’s the most important question you need to answer.  ‘How did I get there?’  We call this the KNOW IT factor.  Assemble the facts.  How much exactly.  Then the OWN IT factor.  Take ownership, don’t hide or excuse, but accept responsibility.  There are some debt management companies that can help.

M Is this easy?  No.  But consider your contentment before God of being accountable. Yes, with His wisdom and help you can be debt free.
